I remember this way back, it was between 2001-2002 when I first watched it here on Newgrounds. I thought it was incredible. The majority of Flash movies from that time were usually very simple looking; but then, you have this standing out from the crowd. This video, along with many others, inspired me to get into Macromedia Flash MX and see what I can do.

Fast forward to December 2014. The video still holds up. The animation is still good like I remembered it way back then. Though the walking animation in the first scene was a bit wonky, but the subway fight scene was and still is amazing. I simply enjoyed watching it.

The only thing I can maybe see fault with is that there isn't any major improvements, I thought. Like the forementioned walking animation before he walked down the stairs being improved or something. Then again, I guess it is better to preserve than to alter it.

As for the audio, to be honest, I don't remember it all that well back then. But they sound good here at least.

Final words. Thanks for the memories of this video and the time when I shared it to all my friends (and my college professor in 2003-2004, who was impressed with your work). Good work, looking forward to the next project, whether it may be the constantly requested Genryu's Blade 2, or something different.

I am familiar with this fable, and I liked the adaptation overall. The art was nice, liked the animation, and the music was fitting. Although I thought the ending was out of place in terms of execution, since I liked the fact there wasn't any voice dialogue throughout, and it was somewhat hard to make out what she said. Maybe it would've worked better with thought bubbles showing the "what if" scenario in this case.

Nice execution!

An old numbers joke, but one that is animated and pulled off very well. Excellent work.

Not too shabby

Better than my 10/10/10 project! You did a nice job in completing this in about eight hours. What else could I say? So a star for every hour you've worked on it, 8 out of 10.

It has been a really long time...

...since the last episode. The graphical quality is still there, but I got lost in the story halfway through the episode since the dialogue isn't in English.

Seeing how it has been since 2005 you've last released an Angel B. Dean episode, maybe you should do a recap episode if you got the time. (And you know how some people are.)

I'll be looking forward to the final product.

still work in progress :(

Original and fitting for Tetris's 25th

It's interesting to see another "dodging the falling tetrominoes" Tetris movie, and I like how the blocks would fall with the music at times. Overall, it's an entertaining video commemorating the game's 25th anniversary.

KobraEditing responds:

Thanks! The date of release was actually just a coincidence.

Bad execution on an old joke

All it is is a slideshow, that's it. You could've done a lot more with it, such as animating it with a classroom setting with a professor lecturing it or something.

disdude responds:

lol, those are good ideas, maby ill do something eles like that!

Good dark humor.

Effective dark humor there. I was laughing all the way until the end where I felt horrible. Love the art. (I am catgirl fan) Cute Metal Gear cameo references, and was that Lucky Star?

Any negatives? Although the movie is easy to follow thanks to the character actions; but since you've posted this on Newgrounds, an English dominant site, it would be nice if you've included optional English subtitles for us to understand what she said and some of the text that popped up.

The one-man show, Synsanoko Studios, producer of flash comics.
