[The Little Match Girl]

I know this story

Believe it or not, someone made a manga rendition of this story for the Raising Stars of Manga contest, and that made me cry.

This movie also gave out a similar effect, but unfortunately, not as strong. But what counts is the adaptation, which of course, is excellent. If only STYLE can be changed to ADAPTATION.

Has that Independent Comic look

This is one series that I would like to follow. The artwork has that look you can find in some of the independently published comics. The story I cannot say since this is like a teaser/trailer. The character names are unique, especially "Stupid Fuck". And since you mentioned "Pure Hotties" on it, looks like you kept your word.

I'll be awaiting the pilot episode when it comes out.

Thanks, I am working on the piolot, but decided to do 3d backgrounds so I can work on my modelling skills, the characters w/ be line art, perhaps computer assisted as I get better with the max.

First impressions

At first, I thought this was more inspired by an old anime Galaxy Express 999. The boy's design, the woman (even though she does not look like Martel), and the subway (as opposed to space trains).

I like the way of the theme "love in first sight" was pulled off.

Some of the animations need some consistancy touch ups, but everything looks cool. And also, what does the title translate to?

[Dragonball SJ - Opening]

Tis okay

Seems more like a rip of the Japanese opening. But that's just me, since I've NEVER seen the Japanese opening of it.

The graphics definitely needs touching up since some are inconsistent due to some looking thick like a shitty VHS video and some as sharp as a high quality DVD.

And design your own title art, it looks stupid in my opinion. Have you seen the Dragon Ball GT title? Use that. Personally, use the title art as shown on "Blood Roar 3", it has a nice look to it.

The characters look rehashed since some characters obviously look like familiar faces (Gundam SEED Destiny suffers from this). Design some of your own.

The title SJ seems to have no meaning whatsoever. "GT" stands for "Grand Tour", so choose a more meaningful title, unless you have.

And get a tablet, for this kind of frame-by-frame video, you definitely need one to get things done quicker.

Pretty nice job I should say......

......and this is coming from an (not-really) anti-DragonBall Z fan.

Two things,

I've seen something like this before ON THIS SITE with the same title (i think). Was it you who did it?

Now on the movie, comparing it to Genryu's Blade would be too close of a call. Like Genryu's, this packs tons of style, but you've amped it with more fluid animation and a more simplistic yet more effective camera work. This is added into my favorites and your name too.

And just for the genre's sake, add in an additional and selectable Japanese audio track with english subtitles...if possible...if not, there's always the special FlashDVD edition.

Actually, this wasn't really intended to be an "anime" per se... that's just the way I draw my characters. I'm starting to move away from that style and into something a little more realistic, but there's still quite a bit of anime influence.

In any case, my goal is to eventually move this series into 3D animation, at which point the characters will cease to look like cartoon characters and will hopefully look more like real people.

Can't believe all the serious stuff I'm seeing

Although not the best serious flash I've seen, it does has its merits. Excellent job here. And I'm seen some idiots trying to pull off a "serious" flash just for the hell of it, but I'll recognize you as being one who does it to show and tell a message. Excellent job, again.
